Hello, Me and my husband recently purchased a home in Naples, FL that is in need of a major update. The kitchen and bathroom will be gutted but would like to keep the same layout in order to be mindful of budget. Overall, as decor style we would like an organic feel to the space that feels warm with natural elements. Since the house is in FL perhaps it would make sense to have a beach/coastal feel as well. I also tend to like edited/modern boho and eclectic elements. It would probably be best to revisit the decor style.

The kitchen is relatively small-medium sized and I need to help with flooring, cabinetry, backsplash, countertops (quartz vs large format porcelain), fixtures, hardware as well as lighting. It also has a bay window where perhaps I'd like to place a table since there is no space for an island.

The same with the bathroom, flooring, shower glass, fixtures, hardware, lighting, mirrors, free standing tubs. I've seen a couple of freestanding vanities that I like but open to suggestions.

The living/dining space would need help with paint color, window coverings, position of lighting including recessed lights and fan, as well as some furnishings. I would like to keep some of my own furniture but open to buying certain pieces. I may not necessarily purchase everything at once but would like to have the ideas in order to purchase at a later time.

Overall, it is a pretty big project (also putting new floors throughout the property and 2 other bathrooms will be also remodeled) so I am trying to keep costs as low as I can but still get a beautiful end result. Thanks.

The room is very dated. We are replacing the floors to engineered wood. Note the flooring is not included in the budget provided above. I would prefer white oak with minimal variation and minimal knots. Suggestions for flooring are welcome but would not like to go over $6.99 per sq/ft.

I have included phots and links of items that I currently own. You do not have to use them for the design purposes as I don't think they go with the design and could potentially use them in other rooms.

In addition to the sofa and bench below I also have the following items. You don't have to use any as the plan is to replace everything just not right now.

I have two of these cabinets (side by side) where the TV is on that are very similar to this one. Mine has four doors and they open fully. Also, the correct dimensions for each cabinet are 52”L 20”D 31”H.

I included a video of the space in an email. As we have an extensive project on our hands the budget for this room is limited. What I need help the most is with paint color, light fixtures, recessed lighting placement as currently there are none, and window coverings. My husband would like a fan, the tv to not be on the wall (unfortunately) and a feature wall (in his own words "something done to a wall". I think a bar cabinet and a buffet will also be helpful.

You will likely go over budget when you include furniture and other details etc. and this would be acceptable as we would purchase these pieces at a later time. I like the organic modern style and I also like a bit an edited boho (no tapestries on wall please). We would like for an inviting and warm place. Although I do like high end pieces our budget will not allow for it. When choosing furnishings please consider reasonably priced pieces.

The bathroom will be gutted and we would like to keep the same layout. We would like a freestanding tub as well as vanities. I will provide photos of some vanities that I've liked as a suggestion. Need help with shower and light fixtures, shower doors, hardware, flooring etc. Also, I am interested in a medicine cabinet as there is little room for storage, but concerned that it'll look too sterile. Storage is an issue so any suggestions on how to integrate storage are welcomed. I would like for the niche in the shower to be hidden in the pony wall.

There is no source of natural light in this room.

We need help with cabinetry, light fixtures, tile floors, backsplash, countertop, hardware etc. A fan is optional, a small table as there is no room for an island in my opinion. There is no separate pantry area. The pantry is the cabinet at the end of the wall on the side with the sink. The appliances as of now will be Samsung Bespoke (electric range - no separate ovens will be mounted). The wall with the pendant lights over the sink will go all the way to the ceiling. The back wall where the range is will be closed all the way to the ceiling; currently the wall does not reach the ceiling. The layout will stay the same. Regarding the cabinets I would like for them to reach the ceiling or close to the ceiling with either soffit or moulding (flat not curved).

I am considering a microwave drawer, but will lose cabinet space so we are not sure yet.
