The pictures attached above are of the model home. I do like the darker color theme but I'm open to ideas. I would probably want to avoid white chairs, as I have two small kids. I would also like to do the chairs with gold trimming since I will be doing gold hardware in the kitchen. Also, for the dry bar area, I have attached a picture above (3rd picture). I would like to do something like the two pictures below. My idea was to do something like the first picture (two hanging gold shelves in the middle) and then place two large mirrors on either side of the shelves with crown molding around them and sconces above them.

Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.

For your main color, we chose to use gray because it is neutral and seen as elegant and classy.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
