Contemporary Glam Dining Room & Home Office Project Description
My wife (Nicole) and I are moving into our new home in October 2020. We need assistance with designing our home. It is fully constructed but a blank canvas as far as furniture and belongings. We have purposely not acquired anything for the home so that we may have it designed from scratch with your help possibly. Home is 2-story, 3500sq feet and open concept. We are looking to design the first floor then move on to the 2nd floor later. We are excited to work with an experienced designer to create a beautiful project.Thank you in advance,

NOTES:
Moving into a new home. Nicole was on line as well. New to New York.
We are looking for a modern/glamorous design.
Our priority spaces will be the living room, dining room, breakfast nook, office and master bedroom.
Need help in the kitchen as well. Would like to change the color of the cabinets. Would like an all white kitchen. Majority of first floor is tile. Open to change the floors.
We will need assistance with the color pallet. Looking for a chic lightening concept for the living room and in the dining room. Will need window treatments. Very large windows like movie curtains.
Living room has a vaulted ceiling (very tall). We will need some art work and open to sculpture.
No children or pets as of now.
Moving in Sept/October.

Ceiling Fan - Open to changing this to premium upscale lighting fixture (with no fan) but if budget will not allow then we will keep what we currently have and make it work---will include samples of light fixtures that we like in the inspiration section
Tile Flooring - please emphasize area rugs in this area, we do not hate the tile but it was not our first choice so we are looking to utilize very large area rugs to take attention away from the tile flooring

Dark gray accent wall color - We are open to any changes to this wall that best fit this space. Our bedroom already has gray accent walls so we would definitely like a change here.What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
None - Please provide art in your proposalComputer stand (holds 4 monitors) - This will sit on top of the computer desk so desk must be wide enough for screens and sturdy enough to support it as it is roughly 20 pounds in weight with all 4 monitors assembled. Width of all monitors while attached is about 45-50" wide (each screen is 25" wide).
