Glamorous and Elegant Home Interior Design Project Description
New fully designed home that is a complete blank slate. I want this home to look like a model home when walking through with neutral colors and touches of glam throughout. The home was completely remodeled before we moved in and its gorgeous! I don't mind adding accent walls, wallpaper in the many niches and ceiling details but I would prefer to not have to do any major construction work.
My husband and I love velvets and luxurious fabrics. He loves silver and I love gold. We both aren't afraid of color but would like it to be more of an accent instead of the entire room being full of color.

This room is going to be the first thing people see when they come into the home. We want this room to be like "WOW!". My husband and I think it would be cool to bring in a bold color into the room and maybe add it to the sofa. Like a velvet tufted purple sofa! We don't need storage or anything bulky but if a furniture piece has storage thats always nice :)NOTES TO DESIGNERS:

The niche's have built in shelves. On the bottom between the floor and the last shelf, we are going to have those enclosed with California Closets so that it hides the components and media equipment. Those are going to be contrasting light wood tones against the dark shelves. NOTES TO DESIGNERS:

I don't currently have anything but I would like to incorporate modern 3D wall tiles as a headboard or some accent if the designer things it looks good. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

For this bedroom I would like to have double drapery. A heavier layer on top to block out the light and a sheer on the bottom to allow light/view into the room. My husband doesn't want to work at the built-in desk area, we are thinking maybe having a desk come off the built-in or float a desk in front of it. Something that allows the room to be utilized properly! We would like a rug and custom drapery because the ceilings are so high! He doesn't need to have additional chairs for clients or anything, if there is one in the room for me or him to relax that is fine too!NOTES TO DESIGNERS:

Living Room:
Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.
For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
