Project Description

We are moving in together and want to MERGE our styles. Mine is more minamilist and Pete's style is quite eclectic. We need help!!!

When the master suite is shared by a celebrity couple, design can become even more difficult. I have a preference for a neutral palette and I love the simplicity of design. Everything in the outside world is so chaotic. I like to come into a place and immediately feel the calmness.

Pete's taste is more eclectic, but his's pretty open.

It's important that our bedroom is functional, sexy and calm. The bed should be massive to fit the whole Kardashian-West clan.
In the end, we don’t take it too seriously. We’re not going to be fanatics, but we want a space we both love.

Bedroom:

Since your room is smaller using a dark and rich color will make it feel cozy, warm, and lounge-like

For your main color, we chose to use gray because it is neutral and seen as elegant and classy. It compliments many colors such as white, blue, and yellow and works well as part of a color scheme in any room.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish. Use a satin finish paint which has a bit more gloss than eggshell finish and is a little smoother. This finish is often used for windows, doors, trim, and ceilings, but can also be ideal walls in kids’ rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and other high-traffic areas because it is easier to clean than eggshell finish.
