Light & Calming Home Interior Design Project Description
I have design ideas, need help with final touches and sourcing items that fit the designI'm just looking for accents in the kitchen. everything is brand new.
Bar stools x3 short ones 24"
Kitchen table and chairs
maybe a couple of decorative pieces for shelves
1 freestanding skinny table to detract from a wall vent
For the sunroom, I see myself using it as an area with a kids section.
i.e. baby bouncer, baby mat for tummy time
A two or three-seater couch (they have a 3 seater in there)
They also have two single armchairs so could be open to this.
A soft ottoman for a coffee table (so the baby can pull its self up on it without bashing its head on sharp edges)
I see us putting the Christmas Tree in this area and it be for presents time, so a chilled multi-functioning area.

I'm nearly 6 months pregnant. It's important to me to work on a design aspect in this family area with no sharp table edges. I like the idea of it being warm and elegant, but don't want a cream sofa that the child may get dirty (though this is the adult area!)
Wood is ok but circles not square or rectangle.
L or U shape Sofa/ Sectional is a must for this area!
Height for island chair 24" x 3 chairs
Table size 60" works well in the space

A Tea Station is being added by the builders to the reading nook. same side as the bed head in the bedroom.
Tv will be on the wall opposite the tea station in the reading nook area.

The master bedroom is large and has a reading nook area in it. Part 4: shows images of the home staged Color Pallet: - Navy/ Sapphire Blue, White, Cream/Ivory, Silver, accents of black
This is a new build home we have zero things in the home but I have clear vision on some items.
we would like a wood bed frame- Sustainably sourced if possible (quite liked the Hensley collection from pottery barn)
Need a couple of area rugs (1 in the main area of the bedroom, 1 in the reading nook)
Would like to change the color of the feature wall to something in the color pallet
Navy/ Sapphire blue bedding with a soft mixture of white
