Luxury Farmhouse Interior Transformation Project Description
ADMIN: Hallway/Entry and Kitchen Decor Consultation includedWe are moving into a new single family home this summer from a townhouse, so are working with a much larger, completely blank slate, which really overwhelmed us. I would say our style is mostly transitional - we like neutral color palettes and bright spaces. I like formal-looking rooms that look put together, but I also don't want a home that doesn't look inviting or comfortable. We aren't really opposed to any colors on walls or furniture, but we do prefer neutrals, and don't really want white furniture since we have a dog and will likely have children in the future. We are expecting to move by the end of June, so we would like to be able to have everything ordered and hopefully delivered around the time we move. We aren't really looking for high-end furniture or anything really expensive - ideally, we would like to keep furniture under $10k per room. We will hopefully be going out to the house this weekend to get recent pictures of the inside since we haven't been there since before drywall was put up.

This room is technically a guest suite, but we will be using it as an office. It will eventually most likely be turned into a bedroom years from now, so we would like to have styling that could go either way. Obviously the furniture would be completely different, but we wouldn't want to add anything such as built-in shelving or something to the room unless it would also easily be able to incorporate/accommodate bedroom furniture. The desk will need to be large enough to have 2-3 monitors on it. The office will be used generally two times a week, so we would want it to be functional but also look nice. Budget

This room will also have to be used as an office, but we would like it to also have somewhere to sleep if we were to have guests. We were thinking maybe a small desk setup with maybe a day bed? The office will likely only be used around once a week, but it will need a large enough desk for two monitors and a printer. If possible, we would prefer the desk to be facing away from a wall so that the person working in there wouldn't just be staring at the wall. Budget

This room has the intricate tile floor from the design choices pdf/progress pictures. It's a fairly small space, so we would like suggestions not only on how to design it but also make it as functional as possible. We also generally don't like word art, like anything that says "laundry" or anything like that. There will be a top-load washer, so we wouldn't want anything in the room that would cause an issue opening the washing machine. Budget

We would like to have a ping pong table somewhere in the rec room. A TV would have to go either on the exterior wall that doesn't have the sliding glass door, or the rec room wall that backs up to the mechanical room - we have cable setups in those two locations. We aren't really sure how to separate the space or what to really include down here since there aren't separate rooms, just one large room. This will most likely be the area that my husband goes down to play video games in, but we also want it to be usable for larger groups of people and not be too cluttered.
