Modern Country House Interior Design Project Description
My house was built in 2022 and I have not moved in yet as such it is a blank canvas. I went to the house today to take some pictures which I have attached (I took them before looking at the room details recommendation so I can take additional ones based on those requirements). I will reach out to the builder on Monday to try to get a blueprint of the house so I can provide exact measurements. I really like the farmhouse/coastal farmhouse designs. Look forward to working with you. Thank you!Living Room - Would like a Frame TV. I am not married to any of the light fixtures so I am open to changing them.
Dining Room - I would like a nice light fixture
One of my friends has a wooden beaded chandelier in her formal dining room and I absolutely love it. Not sure it can work in either one of these rooms but just wanted to let you know.

As per the plan, we are keeping your walls the existing colour they are now, which will look awesome will all the new furnishings and decor.
I have added two colour options to choose from. I recommend getting samples of both and testing them out in the physical space to see how they do in the light. It would be handy to have the area rug in the room as this is what we used to pull colour inspiration from.
A matte finish would be lovely for the feature wall. Alternatively, whatever finish is used on the remaining walls will also work. This company is really great for ordering larger scale paint samples so that you don't have to buy small cans and physically paint on the wall. They also supply Farrow & Ball paint samples. https://samplize.com/
