Project Description

We need help with decorate our 3 bedroom one floor house with a huge deck with a panoramic view.

Deck and Living/Dining are first priority.

Here are some rough measurements:
1. Small living room: 167''x124''. There is a fireplace against one of the wall that takes 19'' out.
2. Dining/living room. Dining area is 134''x133'' and the living room area is 198''x148'' (there is a fireplace against one of the walls that takes 19'' out). The dining area and living room are next to each other but the dining area floor is a few inches higher than the living room
3. Mater bedroom: 210''x168'' (excluding walk-in closet and bathroom). However, the wall where we want to put the bed against is only 150'' as it has a gap for entrance.
4. Large deck: unfortunately this is too big to measure with our ruler and it's also raining outside. They can take a look at the picture portfolio we sent over earlier to get a rough sense as well.

For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
