Modern Pergola Patio with Swimming Pool Project Description
My wife and I are currently in the process of completely revamping and hardscaping our backyard, including the addition of a below ground pool and spa, next to a gas fireplace with seating area as well as a modern looking pergola. We'd like to get some ideas regarding lounge chaise with potential umbrellas and side tables as well as seating/table for the fireplace as well as some design thoughts and ideas for the pergola area which is about 600 sqft. I'd be happy to supply a layout of the landscape design as well as photos of the proposed pergola area, etc. Floor plan

Patio:
Since this is an outdoor space, I didn't factor in paint colors. For the rendering, we did cedar walls in the pergola with a black powder-coated steel frame.
It wasn't part of the design brief, but when you are finishing the bathrooms in the pergola building my suggestion would be to keep it light and fresh with crisp white paint. My personal favorite is Benjamin Moore's, Chantilly Lace.
Use a matte finish paint because it will be helpful in camouflaging those surface imperfections such as bumps and cracks as it does not reflect light. Just be careful because matte finish is more difficult to clean. You may also need to touch up scratches or marks by adding more of the same paint in the future.
