Moody Black & White Home Interior Design Project Description
For the longest time we have felt that we didnt have a space to entertain. We would like to transform our living rooms and our patios to allow us to have people over. We can add patios to the the items that need to be designed but are considering enlisting a landscape designer to help with coverings etc. Our budget is variable and we would like to set it after our initial conversation with our designers after they see pictures of the space.

What would you do with the existing bench that is currently being used for seating on the other side of the two dinning chairs. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?

My Living Room What type of sunlight does this room receive?
Mid-day light What do you currently dislike about the room?
We are unsure of how to best utilize this small living space. Would a sectional and two chairs be more seating for guest? We never purchased a coffee table, we couldn’t decide what size, shape— it became overwhelming and we’ve done nothing. The only two pieces of furniture we would like to keep would be the two leather chairs. We don’t have to use them in this space. Can be utilized elsewhere or we are willing to say goodbye. Not attached to anything. We want friends to walk in and never want to leave. I want 2 new counter stools. I say 2 as there is only really counter space for 2. We currently have 3 and I hate it. Doesn’t serve a purpose. Just a place holder. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
Leather chairs as mentioned above. Should be noted that the recline. Again, not attached. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

We don’t know what to do with this space. The double doors lead out to our back patio where we currently have a fire pit and RH outdoor sectional. That outdoor area will likely have an outdoor kitchen and be covered? sShould this be an entertaining space that is thus connected to another ? The closet in this room might turn into a wine cellar . What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
My husband would love to keep his bar cart. The only piece of furniture currently there. However, this piece could be moved to our office that we wish to turn into a wine cellar. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

Bedroom:
Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.
For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
