I need help furnishing/decorating condo in minimalist/zen/beach style.

Trying to keep it around 30k.

What are some of the interior design brands or stores that you like to shop at?

I've shopped at Crate and barrel pottery barn. I like the look of modloft, rove concept but haven't shopped from there so not sure about quality. From browsing on Decorlilla, I like the looks of Donghia collection, mg+bw, ballard, studio noir

This is the powder room next to the living room.
Same zen modern theme. Concrete vs marble. Maybe panels rather than tile? (don't like grout lines)
Prefer floor vanity rather than wall mounted. Some storage.

It's long and narrow. Would like to have enough seating for guests.
No defined entry way. Foyer small and narrow with 2 doors on one side (closet and garage) and 1 on the other (powder room).

What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?

I love plants and have a lot of them. Would like to incorporate those.

Not really into animal print.
Open to wall covers/paneling but do need help finding contractor.
Would like seating to be comfortable for sitting/lounging/watching TV.
Need enough seating to comfortably seat guests. Space is long and narrow, would a sectional be at all possible? Would a bench or settee at the entrance of the living room be to obstructive?

Getting adjustable base (Beautyrest advanced motion base, king).
It supposedly comes with 3 different leg lengths so maybe it would work with a platform bed? (Platform preferred but not a must).
Mattress is 14.5 inches.

Would like some storage in nightstands, 1 drawer is fine.
A dresser would be great.

Not planning on putting tv above fireplace.

Would like the drapery to have a black out layer and a sheer layer on top that opens/closes independently.

The current paint color is a light green (can get the name of it if needed).
I’m open to changing paint color or adding wall paneling/covering.

I would like it to be a dining room where we can eat but also somewhere to hang out.
I'm thinking more a mix of benches and chairs or floor seating rather than a traditional dining table with chairs.
Would like to have same modern zen feel but at same time not clash with kitchen which is open to the dining area (will upload pictures of kitchen).

Living Room:

Since your room is smaller using a light and pale color will enhance the light and the space in your room

For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
