Relaxing Green Bedroom Design Project Description
We just moved into our first home and used decorilla this past fall to design our living room and dining room area. Now we are ready to start designing our bedroom! It’s an awkward space but after sleeping here for a little over 6 months we finally have an idea of how we want the layout to go. Now we need help visualizing the furniture (bed frame, nightstand, dresser, curtains, lighting, rugs)

Bedroom:
Since your room is smaller using a dark and rich color will make it feel cozy, warm, and lounge-like
For your main color, we chose to use green because it is soothing to the eye. It reminds us of nature and has a refreshing, stress relieving quality. Green is suitable for any room. In bedrooms it’s relaxing and pleasing, while in dining rooms it promotes overall balance and health. This soothing color encourages relaxation or tranquility, but has enough warmth to encourage comfort and harmony.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
