Project Description

I need help with a 1200 sf space that currently houses the family room, kitchen and dining room. The layout currently has a kitchen in the middle awkwardly cutting up the space and need help figuring out how to re-design / reconfigure the space.

What do you currently dislike about the room?

Considering converting the closed boxed up stairs in the middle of the house to a curcular floating stairs up with a long chandelier from the 2nd floor dropping down into the space. Also, will remove the boxed up stairs down with just a railing so that we can open up the space.

Also, considering removing or making a look through opening in the wall cutting up the space for the kitchen.

Finally, want to replace the large long kitchen island with a more traditional round island
