I need help redesigning and updating our new living room, kitchen/breakfast room and our master bathroom to a industrial farmhouse look that is cohesive and blends with new furniture. Pottery Barn would be the best description of my taste. I love everything they do. Overall Budget for labor, furniture etc. is between $50-65K Location

We are purchasing this house and the living room, in its current state, is very small. I don't like the paint, the window over the fireplace, or how the built-in, fireplace and overhang of counter take up living room space. I want an industrial farmhouse look with some pops of color. I would like to slimline the builtin and make a way for us to transform it to hold a 65 inch tv. I would like to trim back the fireplace and carry the stone up to the ceiling. I would love to be able to fit a comfortable couch, two chairs and a coffee table in this space if possible. New ceiling fan is a must, but I love the octagonal ceiling, it just needs paint. I think single pane windows on each side of the fireplace would also be beautiful. In my current house my walls are Light French Grey by Sherman Williams. I really want to carry with the wood, black, white and greenery theme of the farmhouse design but carry over an industrial look with the furniture and accessories. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
Open to all changes. I would like to keep the built in, but paint it, trim it down and maybe even lose the top half of it to make way for a TV and more lighting. If I can keep some of the storage that would be great. I love the look of the fireplace but I want to carry the stone up the wall and slim it down so it doesn't take up so much floor space. I am attaching two pictures of lamps I already have that I love, but I am open to getting rid of those if they don't mesh with the new design. I also have a the attached Magnolia rug that is 9'6" x 13 and recliner I would like to incorporate.

This is were we will live!!!! I want to make sure this room is cozy, cohesive, beautiful and functional. I love the industrial farmhouse look with white cabinets, but I am really open to all ideas. This room will be the center and heart of our home so I want to make sure we pick out the perfect couch and chairs that make everyone feels comfortable and at home but still provide functionality and beauty. I really want to incorporate my husband's recliner, as it is only 1 year old and was $1500. I want to be able to hang a family portrait above the mantle, but other than that, please use your imagination. I need help with furniture placement, remodel or redesign built/in, add lighting, add tv and still be able to have a good pass through space to the kitchen/eating area. I am open to cutting stone down on the fireplace to add inches, make built-in flush with wall to add inches, and remove current kitchen granite bar top overhanging to gain more room. I would like to keep the budget to $10-12K on this project.I can get exact measurements soon.

Pretty much everything. The tub is in good shape and i like the floor plan, but I hate the walls, the floor tile, the shower door and shower tile, counter tops, lighting and mirrors. The cabinets are in good shape so I would like to retain and paint to save on cost. I would like to keep the footprint the same but change all hardware. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?

I want our bathroom to be light, clean with straight lines and black accents on lighting and hardware. I would love new seamless or black frame shower. I would love wood-look tile on the main floor and then some form of subway in the shower. I am open to fun ideas for the shower floor or an inset and possibly tile around the master bath. I want to take this design and mimic the same tile and counter tops in the other bathrooms. Total Reno budget for Bathroom - $10-12K Dimensions

The cabinet color, the counter tops, the backslash, the lighting, the sink and pantry door. The cabinets are high-quality cabinets and I like the footprint of the kitchen so I really just want to paint the cabinets and put on new hardware to save money. All new appliances have been put in so those don't need to be changed. I want a farmhouse sink and black fixtures with light counter tops and either grey or white cabinets, but I am open to all ideas. I just want it to look, clean, bright and welcoming. I really want granite or quartz counter tops. I am open to taking out cabinets and doing new, remade cabinets from Cabinets To Go or some place cheaper if the cabinets look nice and aren't too much extra. I would love to know the breakdown of cost for new cabinets if we could get them to the ceiling. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
All appliances and existing cabinets, if it is too expensive to do new, pre-made cabinets. Everything else can go. The new fridge is counter-depth so it won't block the walkway as much as the fridge in the picture. Also, we are adding the attached gas range instead of the electric range in the picture. I am open to changing the layout as well, depending on cost. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

This is the heart of the home so this is where I am willing to spend the most money. The good things is that we don't need to move any walls or plumbing. I am going to replace the current refrigerator with a counter-depth french door stainless steel refrigerator and replace the current electric stove for one with gas. Your ideas on which ones would look best would be great. All other appliances are Whirlpool. I want a tap Kitchen faucet and farmhouse sink. Otherwise, I just want it to be beautiful. I am open to two tone cabinet colors but would like to keep the same counter tops throughout. If possible to keep the flooring, that would save money. I really don't want to go over $25k in the kitchen if possible because I do want to buy furniture for the breakfast room next to the kitchen and buy counter stools for the overhang on the bar. Incorporating a wine rack into the cabinets would be great if possible. I am fine with getting a new hood and if possible, a pot filler. There is a bathroom right behind the stove so I know there is plumbing there. Also, in the eating area, I would love your thoughts on adding matching 12 in or 18 inch deep upper and lower cabinets for additional storage and serving area.
