I think the slab as the backsplash could look a bit too contemporary for overall style but anyway we can compare the design with slab and tiles.
Concerning the stool is it this option: https://www.serenaandlily.com/tucker-counter-stool/m12713.html we can add some wood stool suggestion (different wood tone - perhaps walnut) and compare the look.
I will prepare everything and attach it tomorrow.

Here are a few thoughts:
- I like the cone light fixtures. I also sent you a couple options that are interesting.
- I sent you a pic of the beam color via whatsapp - hopefully that helped.
- For the stools - I worry that the blue will clash. Wondering if we should look for a brighter blue or white or a different wood tone vs. island
- For the back splash - I like both the tile and the slab looks - maybe slight preference for slab to keep it simple...
- For hardware - would like to do something pretty simple - similar to what you sent via wayfair.

Let me know if you would like to change something concerning the cabinets, meanwhile I will focus on the finishes and other suggestions (hardware, pendant lighting, stool). Very soon we will have finalized look.
